Shipping & Delivery policy

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 3 working days of confirmation, though this can vary depending on product availability.
Delivery within India: 5-7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.
Shipping cost is based on your order value: orders up to Rs 1,000 are charged Rs 100, orders between Rs 1,000 and Rs 1,500 are charged Rs 150, and orders above Rs 1,500 ship free.
If your order cannot be serviced by our delivery partners or merchants, or if your area is not covered, we may request an alternate shipping address from you. In such cases where an area is not covered by Eco Happy, we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery.
For orders containing multiple products, we strive to ship them together. However, logistical constraints or product characteristics may prevent this. If you purchase multiple products in one transaction, they will be sent to a single shipping address provided by you. If you require products to be shipped to different addresses, separate orders should be placed accordingly.

Return & Exchange Policy

Eco Happy is a small, handmade business: every product is made to order, in small batches, by our Pune-based team – which includes several women from underprivileged backgrounds whom we’ve trained in this craft – using plantable seed paper, upcycled newspaper and other materials chosen for their environmental impact. Because each order is made specifically once it’s placed, rather than picked off a shelf, we’re not able to offer refunds or exchanges on it.

We do not offer a refund or exchange on the sold products.
Our Products are not eligible for a refund.
In case of defect, buyer can contact customer support and send the item to the provided address.

Missing Items

Although We Take Every Precaution to Process Your Order, If You Find That Any Item Is Missing From The Package. Please Drop An Email Along With The Photograph Of The Package To hi@ecohappy.in within 12 hours of delivery.

Sale items
Unfortunately, sale items are considered as final sales and cannot be refunded or canceled.
